Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are only accepted for unopened products in their original, sealed packaging.
• Once the deck is opened, unwrapped, or used, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, unsealed, or partially used card decks
• Products damaged after opening or through regular wear and tear
For health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, opened card sets cannot be restocked or resold, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your cards arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or exchange when applicable.
